This notice explains what personal data OmnisensAI collects when you sign up for the TCP/AP test cohort, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the sign-up form on this site only.

What we collect

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • LinkedIn profile (optional)
  • Submission timestamp

Why we collect it

We use these details solely to review test-cohort applications and to contact you about participating in the TCP/AP test cohort. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your data.

Lawful basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Where it is stored

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a private Google Sheet hosted by Google, which acts as our data processor. Access is restricted to authorized OmnisensAI personnel.

How long we keep it

We retain sign-up details for as long as the test cohort is active, and delete or anonymize them once the cohort concludes, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email elin@omnisensai.com and we will action your request.
