Versioning
The specification follows semantic versioning.
Normative requirements use MUST, SHOULD, and MAY as defined in RFC 2119. The current version is v0.1 (Draft): identifiers, fields, and failure codes are provisional. Breaking changes bump the major version; conformance is defined per version. The full normative document is the Specification.
